A definitive dish classic: the Rib Eye Steak. This dish doesn’t require an introduction, just high quality meat and patience.


2 rib-eye steaks (300-350 g each)

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

Steps to make it:

  1. Preheat the grill to a high heat
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper
  3. Place onto the grill and cook 3-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness and personal taste
  4. Once cooked to your preference, serve it thick cut chips and your favourite salad
