• 1/2 cup fenugreek(cemen seeds ,gorunded)
• 5/8 cup good quality sweet red pepper
• 1/8 cup good quality hot red pepper
• ½ cup garlic (without skin)
• 70g of salt (ground sea salt)
• 2 tea spoon cummin
